We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the following guidelines:

Return Period: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Merchandise & Apparel: Items must be in resaleable condition with all original tags attached.

Food & Treats: If opened, packages must be at least 90% full to qualify for a return.

Receipt Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exclusions: Clearance items, perishable goods, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
